Proactive Service Model
The typical model of IT services is reactive in nature. IT service providers respond when a customers network or computer system encounters a problem. Basically, the IT provider is profitable when the customer is having problems.

Through MITS, INSI provides proactive support by not only responding to problems as they occur, but to mitigate downtime by proactive management of your network and computer systems.  Our goal is to keep your network running through proactive management and identifying and correcting issues before they become a problem.


Remote and On-Site Service
The core of MITS is the ability for INSI to remotely access network devices, servers and computer systems to provide quick response to issues. Through a secure connection to your network, INSI technicians can resolve about 80% of issues remotely. Should the problem require on-site assistance, INSI will dispatch a technician to the customer site.

Vendor Management
Businesses today rely on a myriad of technologies to keep the business operating. Printers, fax machines, telephone networks, PDA's, printers and mobile computing devices are as much of a business information system as computers and servers.

Through MITS, INSI will manage the multiple vendors of these technologies. Whether it is adding a new handset to your phone system or having a problem with a copy machine, MITS customers make one phone call to the INSI help desk. Our technicians will contact the appropriate vendor, place the work order and follow up to ensure the work is completed.
